Our courier undertakes to attempt delivery between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00. However during the busy months of November and December our couriers will deliver up to 8:00 pm

You may choose to have your flowers sent to a business address, rather than your home address. Please provide a contact phone number for the address the flowers are to be delivered to when you fill out the order page.

If there is no one in to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your flowers and you may also input instructions on the Delivery Details page of the order form. Otherwise, the courier will leave a card with a contact telephone number so you can call to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.
